摘　　要：本文利用因子分析的方法,分析了我国各地区人力资源状况,得出了影响人力资源存量综合水平的相关因素,并对其进行了深入分析。最后在此基础上提出了相关政策建议。This paper used the factors analysis method to study the human resources ' state among the differential regions in China.Correlation factors,which affect the comprehensive level of the human resources ' stock,were obtained.On the basis of those,the paper works out relative policies and suggestions.
