摘　　要：对辞章学研究中带原则性、根本性的12个理论问题作全新的、简要的回答,解决了辞章学的理论与实践的重大难题。它对于修辞学、语体学、风格学的研究也有帮助。This paper briefly answers several principal and basic questions on the research of the Art of Writing and Speech in a totally new way.
