血清碱性蛋白电泳对肿瘤监测的初步体会

摘　　要：应用改进的血清碱性蛋白电泳试验对病理确诊的恶性肿瘤患者226例,非癌患者42例,肿块性质待查患者18例,和60名正常人的血清进行检测.结果正常人均为阴性;恶性肿瘤组的阳性率为64.2%,弱阳性率17.2%,假阴性率18.6%;非癌组的假阳性率为9.5%;肿块性质待查组中与病理符合率为71.4%;肿瘤术后复发组的阳性率为73.1%.作者认为此试验对癌症的早期诊断、疗效的评价以及术后复发的监测都有一定的价值.The serum basic protein electrophoresis is a quick and conveninet procedure for screening out patients with cancer.To increase its sensitivity,the method was modified by en- larging sampling amount,prolonging reaction time,and decreasing neutralization time.In 372 detected subjects,all the 60 healthy persons gave a negative reaction and in 42 noncancer pa- tients the falce positive rate was only 9.5%.Of the 226 cancer patients 64.2% gave positive reac- tion and 17.2% gave weak positive reaction,with a falce negative rate accounting for 18.6%.In 26patients with recurrent cancer,the positive rate was 73.1%.Of the 18 patients with detectable mass,a specific basic protein band was found in 5 patients during electrophoretic assag,while cancer was identified in 7patients later during operation,suggesting a positive detecting rate of 71.4%.These results suggest that the serum basic protein electrophoresis is an assay helpful to the diagnosis of cancer,assessment of its treatment and prophesying of its recurrence.
