摘  要:用气相色谱法分析测定了常见植物油脂肪酸组成与含量 ,对其有关实验条件进行了优选 ,获得常见植物油脂脂肪酸组成与含量正常值。测定模拟掺伪常见植物油脂脂肪酸组成与含量获得掺伪常见植物油脂肪组成与含量的变化规律 ,建立了常见植物油油品的鉴别及其掺伪的气相色谱检测法 ,可快速鉴别常见植物油的种类 ,对常见植物油是否掺伪可作出快速判别 ,同时对掺伪植物油可作定性、定量分析。The components of fatty acid in common edible vegetable oils were analyzed and determined by gas chromatography. The conditions involved experiments were optimized and their normal contents were obtained. By testing the adulterated common edible vegetable oils, the varying rules of the fatty acid components and contents were acquired.The method for discerning the false from the genuine by gas chromatography was established, which can identify the common kinds of edible vegetable oils, determine whether the oils are genuine or false rapidly and analyze the false oils both qualitively and quantitively. Practice indicated the method is feasible and effective.
