摘　　要：郧阳师范高等专科学校生物化学与环境工程系毕业生就业率连续3年居本校榜首,其内在要素与学生职业能力培养、职业生涯规划指导、职业技能培训,就业市场开拓、校企合作、制度创新等方方面面的举措息息相关.Department of Biochemistry and Environmental Engineering of Yunyang Teachers' College has ranked the top university employment for four consecutive years,advancing in the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates,keeping pace with times and engaging in exploitation and innovation.This article introduced successful experiences and practices in promoting students' employment and entrepreneurship from aspects of the students' vocational ability,career planning guidance,vocational skills training,employment market development,school-enterprise cooperation,and institutional innovation.Therefore,it's useful in showing those experiences to the colleagues to communicate,learn,and encourage each other in this forum.
