高职院校新生适应期差异分析及对策研究

摘　　要：随着职业院校的深入发展,各高职院校有了更多的办学自主权,单独招生便是这一自主权的具体体现。相对于多样化的招生形式,新生的入学教育模式,缺少灵活性、多样性,没有充分体现出职业教育因材施教的特点。通过对新生调查问卷,采用SPSS16.0数据统计,分析单独招生和普通高考招生两类群体在适应期阶段的学习、心理、生活、环境等方面存在的明显差异,并提出解决对策,以期使用高职院校学生适应期阶段的教育形式更加完善。With in-depth development of vocational colleges,each vocational college has more autonomy in run-ning schools,which is embodied by individual enrollment. Relative to diversified enrollment modes,the modes of entrance education for freshmen lack flexibility and diversity and do not fully reflect the characteristics of tailoring teaching of vocational education. Through questionnaire on freshmen and adopting SPSS16. 0 data statistics,obvi-ous differences in learning,psychology,living,environment and other aspects of two groups,individual enrollment and college entrance examination enrollment,during adaptive phase are analyzed and countermeasures are put for-ward to make the education form during adaptive phase of students of vocational colleges more perfect.
