摘 要:目的了解包头市女性居民对"中国居民平衡膳食宝塔"(以下简称膳食宝塔)的知晓及执行情况,为该地慢性病防控膳食干预提供科学依据。方法采用等比例分层随机抽样的方法,选择包头市成年女性居民城市1 000人、乡村500人,进行膳食宝塔相关知识和膳食结构问卷调查。数据分析采用χ2检验(α=0.05)。结果包头市女性居民对膳食宝塔内容很熟悉的仅有4.67%,没有听说过的占40.13%;对宝塔中推荐每日摄入量回答总正确率为33.44%,知晓平均得分为3.67分(满分为11分)。在知道盐、油推荐量的人群中,能正确使用推荐量的不足一半。调查对象每日饮食以大米和白面为主,大多数居民能每日食用新鲜蔬菜与水果,但对鱼虾类、奶类、杂粮豆类及坚果摄取量不足。结论包头市女性居民对膳食宝塔的知晓情况差,膳食结构不尽合理,存在较大的慢性病发生隐患,应加强对膳食宝塔的宣传及执行技能的培训,达到慢性病防控的目的。Objective To learn about Baotou female resident's awareness to and implementation of'Chinese Residents' Balanced Diet Pagoda'(thereafter referred to as the diet pagoda), and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic disease through dietary intervention. Methods Proportional stratified random sampling method was used to select 1,000 adult females from the urban area of Baotou, and 500 adult females from the countryside area of Baotou. The diet pagoda-related knowledge and dietary structure were investigated in a questionnaire-based study. The data was analyzed in the Chi-square test(α=0.05). Results Only 4.67% of the female residents in Baotou are familiar with the content of diet pagoda and 40.13% of the total women had never heard of the diet pagoda.The answers to the questions regarding recommended amount of daily intake was 33.44% correct, with an average score of 3.67 points(out of 11 points). People who could correctly answer the recommended amount of salt and oil intake accounted for 50% of the population. The daily staples of the investigated amount of salt and oil accounted for 50% of the population. The dietary staples of the investigated subjects were rice and wheat flour. Most residents ate fresh vegetables and fruits daily. However,the intake of fish, shrimp, milk, grains, beans and nuts was inadequate. Conclusions Baotou city female residents' awareness of the diet pagoda is poor and their dietary structure is unhealthy. As a re-sult, there is a high risk of chronic diseases. The publicity and implementation of dietary pagoda training should strengthened to decrease the incidence of chronic diseases.
