摘　　要：Mini-CEX是美国内科医学会研发的一种测评住院医师临床能力的评价表,具备省时、方便、信效度高等特点。传统的Mini-CEX主要从病史采集、体检、医德医风、医患交流、临床诊断、治疗方案、整体评价等7个项目来考核内科住院医师的临床能力。基于临床病理科的特殊性和专业性,对Mini-CEX评估地点、评估项目和实施操作等进行改良与应用,将有利于完善病理科住院医师规范化培训和管理机制,提升其职业技能。Mini-CEX is to evaluate clinical ability of resident physician,developed by American Board of Internal Medicine,its characteristic is to save time,convenient,high reliability and validity.Traditional Mini-CEX is used to assess clinical skill including medical record collection,physical examination,medical ethics style,doctor-patient communication,clinical diagnosis,therapeutic scheme and overall evaluation.With particularity and profession of clinical pathology department,the location and item of evaluation and operation of Mini-CEX improved and applied,will improve the mechanism of resident physician normalized training of clinical pathology department and enhance its professional skill.
