摘　　要：概述了以胡萝卜和鲜牛奶为主要原料制成的金参营养奶茶的特点,详述了主要的工艺流程,并通过正交试验设计取得了较为理想的配方。The article sums up characteristic of carrot tea with milk which regards carrot and fresh milk as main raw materials; Detail the main technological process; And we obtain the comparatively ideal prescription through orthogonal experiment.
