摘　　要：明代的《金瓶梅》是我国第一部文人长篇"世情小说",以现实社会中的平凡人物与家庭日常生活为题材,难得的是对饮食作了前所未有的详细描写。饮食表象的背后蕴含着丰富的社会意义、思想意义和文化意义,反映了明代商业经济的畸形发展。该书以饮食的奢靡纵欲嘲弄程朱理学,是明代山东百姓与商贾饮食文化荟萃的实录。《金瓶梅》的写作对《红楼梦》有直接影响,其餐饮风习的俚俗被《红楼梦》升华为高雅。The'Jin Ping Mei'of the Ming Dynasty is the first'reality novel'in China. It is based on the ordinary people and their daily life in the real society. What is rare is the unprecedented description of the diet.Behind the appearance of the diet,there are rich social,ideological and cultural significance,reflecting the abnormal development of the commercial economy in the Ming Dynasty. The book ridicules Cheng and Zhu school with the extravagance of food and drink. It is a collection of the food culture of Shandong people and merchants in the Ming Dynasty. The writing of 'Jin Ping Mei'has a direct impact on 'Dream of Red Mansions',and the customs of its vulgar dining habits have been elegantly refined by the later one.
