论“学历社会”的不可逾越性

摘　　要：学历社会是一个不可逾越的历史阶段 ,它的出现取决于社会母系统、教育子系统以及人自身发展的需要。从社会学视角分析 ,社会分层与社会流动从根本上直接推动了学历社会的生成。同时 ,反观社会历史发展进程 ,合理的学历社会也有效地促进了社会分层与社会流动。The society of the academic background is a historical phase, which cannot overstep. Its appearance is decided by the influences of social maternal system, educational subsystem, and the needs of human beings' development. Analyzing from sociological viewpoint, stratification in society and floating in society directly get society of the academic background moving. Moreover, taking a contrary observation on progress of society and history development, rational society of the academic background also advanced stratification in society and floating in society with effect.
