摘 要:目的 :研究微量营养素联合中草药对糖尿病性白内障大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法 :将糖尿病模型大鼠随机分为 7组 :Ⅰ组为糖尿病模型组 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别为低、中、高剂量中草药 (Chinesemedicinalherb ,CMH )组 ,Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组分别为低、中、高剂量微量营养素联合中草药 (MicronutrientscomplexChinesemedicinalherbs ,MCMH)组 ,观察 40d。结果 :实验后Ⅱ~Ⅶ组空腹血糖显著下降 ,各MCMH组血清胰岛素水平显著上升 ,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ组与Ⅰ组比较红细胞SOD活力、全血GSH -Px活性显著升高 ,MDA显著下降 ,各组晶体浑浊程度存在显著性差别 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :微量营养素联合中草药能够提高糖性白内障大鼠的抗氧化能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of the complex of micro nutrients and Chinese medicinal herbs(CMNCH) on antioxidant capacity in diabetic cataract rats. Diabetic rats were randomly divided into 7 groups.Group Ⅰwas diabetic control group.Group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed with low,middle and high dose of Chinese medicinal herbs(CMH).Group Ⅴ、Ⅵ and Ⅶ were fed with low,middle and high dose of CMNCH.The observation was lasted for 40 days. Results:Blood glucose in group Ⅱ~Ⅶ was decreased significantly.The levels of serum insulin in three CMNCH groups were increased significantly.The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in group Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ were much higher than that in group Ⅰ,but the level of MDA in these groups were much lower than that in group Ⅰ.The opacity of lens in groupⅠ was the most serious,and the differences from other groups were significant(P<0.01). Conclusions:CMNCH could improve antioxidant capacity in diabetic cataract rats.
