摘  要:目的 了解大鼠种植型肝癌生成前后血清sIL 2R水平的动态变化及意义。材料与方法 采用直接注射法制作大鼠肝癌动物模型 ,应用CT或MRI评价大鼠种植型肝癌的影像学特点 ,应用免疫试剂盒检测大鼠荷瘤前后外周血sIL 2R表达水平的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 大鼠肝癌种植后 7天 ,种植肝叶均可见类圆形、单发、瘤灶影 ,直径约 0 .6~ 0 .8cm ,CT平扫为低密度 ,增强后边缘强化 ;MRI扫描T1WI为低信号 ,T2 WI则为高信号。荷瘤大鼠sIL 2R表达水平较对照组明显增高 ,且随肿瘤增大而进一步升高。结论 大鼠种植型肝癌影像学特点及sIL 2R水平的动态变化与人相似 ,sILObjective To discuss the dynamic changes of sIL 2R expression level and its significance in rats before and after the implantation of liver tumor.Materials and Methods Liver tumor model of rat was prepared with direct injection of cancerous ascites. Imaging features of implanted hepatic tumor were evaluated with CT or MRI. Using immune kits, sIL 2R expression levels in the peripheral blood flow before and after the implantation were measured. The data of study group were compared with that of control group.Results Seven days after the implantation, single round tumor (0.6~0.8cm) appeared in the implanted hepatic lobe, which was presented as low density lesion on plain CT scans with marginal enhancement after contrast injection, and was characterized by low signal on T 1WI and high signal on T 2WI. The sIL 2R expression level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and was going up with the increase of the tumor size.Conclusion The imaging features and sIL 2R expression level alteration in rats with implanted hepatic tumor are similar to that in human. The sIL 2R expression level can be considered as a valuable index for evaluation of the therapeutic effect of hepatic cancer.
