摘  要:论述了采用有限元法分析转动腔体中射流特性。利用ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD软件,通过建模、划分网格、加载和求解等途径,计算了在输入不同角速度时二维腔体中由喷嘴喷出气体的流场。结果表明,腔体静止时,射流速度沿腔体中心轴对称分布,腔体中心轴上的速度最大,两侧流速逐渐减小,近壁处为零;腔体转动时,在哥氏力的作用下,射流中心发生偏转,流场相对于腔体中心轴不再对称分布,腔体中各点处的流速分布随角速度而变化,压电射流角速度传感器利用这一特性敏感角速度。The characteristic of jet flow in a turning enclosure is analyzed by FEM. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD program, the stream field of gas out of nozzles on inputting angular rate has been obtained by a series of procedure, such as model building, meshing, load applying and equation solving. The results are as follow: (1) In static status, the velocity of jet flow shows a symmetry distribution through central axis of enclosure. Maximum velocity of gas flow appears near the central axis of enclosure. The fluid velocity on both sides of central axis of enclosure decreases gradually and is zero near the wall. (2) In turning status, under stirring of the Coriolis force, central jet flow would deflect. Steam field shows an asymmetry distribution through central axis of enclosure. The fluid velocity at the several points in enclosure will change with inputting angular rate and this characteristic can be utilized to measure the tilt angle by the piezoelectric fluidic angular rate sensor.
