摘　　要：从网络信息系统的结构出发 ,把通用网络信息系统分为 :基础设施、支持平台、应用系统 3个层次 ,并对各层的信息安全需求、安全技术进行了分析论述 。This text is from the construction of network information system, and the structure is divided into three levels: basis equipment system, supports system, and application system. It analysis each layered the safety need, safety technology. Then from the macroscopic overall situation, bring up the new way of the development of the network information safety system.
