基于学科群的多校区布局和管理研究

摘　　要：站在'双一流'建设的新的历史起点和我国高等教育步入了内涵式发展的新阶段,越来越多的高校特别是一流大学建设高校选择了基于学科群的多校区布局形式。这种布局形式具有4个显著特点:回归办学规律、倒逼行政机构改革、保持学科文化传承、促进学科群与周边社会经济协同发展。针对如何做好基于学科群布局的校区管理服务工作,提出4种方式:结合自身情况设置'条''块'结合的管理模式、实施'院办校'的权力运行模式、运用信息化手段提升管理服务效能,着力促进不同校区和学科间的文化融合。In the new stage of moving to build Chinese universities into world-class universities and develop world-class disciplines,working to bring out the full potential of higher education.Some university is considering to plan the function of multi-campus according their disciplinary group for higher development quality.The new planning approach is benefit to the universities on following educational regular pattern,reforming the administration,carrying on the disciplinary tradition,and promoting the around area of new campus.For improving the administration of multi-campus,the universities have to apply the pattern integrated direct management by university and authorizing management by campus on different function,to empower the college and school on academy,to employ more information technology for more productive,and to add communication among campus and among disciplinary.
