广西民族地区某高校贫困生心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解广西民族地区某高校贫困大学生的心理健康状况。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法从民族地区某新建本科院校选取在校大学生367名,用SCL-90症状自评量表对其进行了调查。结果某高校大学生9个因子的得分为:躯体化(1.60±0.43)、抑郁(1.75±0.46)、焦虑(1.70±0.47)、敌意(1.75±0.47)、恐惧(1.58±0.45)和偏执(1.66±0.41),6个因子上的得分高于全国大学生;贫困大学生在躯体化(1.69±0.59)、强迫(2.07±0.62)、人际敏感(1.90±0.61)、抑郁(1.85±0.58)、焦虑(1.80±0.62)、敌意(1.84±0.64)、恐惧(1.63±0.62)、偏执(1.80±0.58)和精神病性(1.73±0.50),9个因子上的得分为均高于非贫困生和全国大学生常模。贫困大学生和非贫困大学生在躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐惧、偏执、精神病性9个因子间差异均有统计学意义[t值分别为-3.33,-5.02,-4.42,-3.67,-3.62,-3.20,-2.18,-3.10,-2.75;P<0.01(恐惧因子P<0.05)]。结论民族地区新建本科院校贫困大学生的心理健康水平较全国大学生和本地区非贫困大学生低。Objective To understand mental health status among poor students in a college of Guangxi Ethnic Areas. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 367 college students from a college of Guangxi Ethnic Areas,and SCL-90 was used. Results The average scores of six factors were higher than norm: somatization( 1. 60 ±0. 43),depression(1. 75 ± 0. 46),anxiety(1. 70 ± 0. 47),hostility(1. 75 ± 0. 47),fear(1. 58 ± 0. 45),paranoia(1. 66 ± 0. 41). The scores on somatization( 1. 69 ± 0. 59),forced( 2. 07 ± 0. 62),interpersonal sensitivity(1. 90 ± 0. 61),depression(1. 85 ± 0. 58),anxiety(1. 80 ± 0. 62),hostility(1. 84 ± 0. 64),fear(1. 63 ±0. 62),paranoia( 1. 80 ± 0. 58), psychotic( 1. 73 ± 0. 50), were higher than the non-poor students and college students national norm. The scores of poor students and non-poor students in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,psychosis nine factors were significant differences( t value:- 3. 33,- 5. 02,- 4. 42,- 3. 67,- 3. 62,- 3. 20,- 2. 18,- 3. 10,- 2. 75,P < 0. 01; fear Factor,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Mental health status of poor students was lower than the national college students and the non-poor students of the region in minority area’s new college.
