摘 要:以Li2CO3和V2O5为原料,采用中温固相法获得Li V3O8粉末,经冷压预成型加空气烧结制备得到Li V3O8靶材。采用DSC-TG、XRD、SEM等检测手段考察了合成条件对Li V3O8粉末结构的影响。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的提高,产物的(100)衍射峰强度增强,煅烧温度为550℃,保温时间10 h时,制备得到的粉末其物相最纯且晶型最好。此外,对烧结的靶材进行结构和形貌分析,并用阿基米德排水法测量了靶材的密度。结果表明:经高温烧结后靶材仍然保持Li V3O8单斜晶系结构,其靶材密度为3.014 g/cm3。LiV3O8 target was prepared by LiV3O8 powder which synthesized through a mid-temperature solid-state reaction method with Li2CO3 and V2O5 as raw materials,cold pressing and sintering in the air.The influence of synthetic conditions on the structure of LiV3O8 powder was investigated by means of DSC-TG,XRD,SEM.XRD results indicated that intensity of the(100) diffraction peak of specimens increases with calcining temperature.The most pure phase and best crystalline of the powder were obtained when calcined at 550 ℃ for 10 h in the air.In addition,the structure and morphology of the sintered target were analyzed,and their density were measured with Archimedes drainage.The experimental results show that the target sintered at high temperature still remains in the LiV3O8 monoclinic structure,and the density of the target is 3.014 g/cm3.
