摘 要:经过30余年扩张式发展,民办高校站在了新的起点上,提高教育质量是持续发展的唯一路径。近年来,高等教育改革的不断深化和生源的逐步减少,对民办高校教育质量提出了不小挑战。社会、政府和民办高校自身这三个主体对教育质量有不同的价值取向,关键是要在三者之间找到平衡点。只有树立辩证统一的质量观、坚持非营利性办学、构建以师生共同发展为中心的质量保障体系,才能有效提升民办高校的教育质量。After more than 30 years of "leapfrog" development , non-governmental institutions of higher learning stand on a new starting point , but improving the education quality is the only way to maintain their sustainable development .In recent years , the deepening reform of higher education and the reduction of student numbers have raised significant challenges in education quality for non-governmental institutions of higher learning .The three stakeholders of market , government and institution have different value orientations in education quality , so the key is to strike a balance among them .In order to promote education quality , non-governmental institutions of higher learning should set up the dialectical unity of quality views , adhere to the nonprofit public wel-fare education , and construct a quality assurance system centered on "co-development of students and teachers".
