摘  要:完成了考虑摩擦力矩的复摆运动这一能量耗散过程的相平面分析,并在此分析的基础上提出了一种转动惯量测量新方法.该方法用角位移传感器测量复摆转角与时间的关系并进行适当计算得到转动惯量,无须做小摆角假设和忽略摩擦力矩的假设.对测量误差做了详细的分析,得出了最佳采样频率与角位移传感器误差间的关系,给出了最佳采样频率的选取原则.该方法尤其适合用于测量大型结构的转动惯量,能较好地保证测量工艺性和安全性.The phaseplane analysis of compound pendulum movement, a process of energy dissipation, is conducted in the paper with the moment of friction being taken into consideration. Based on the analysis, a new method is put forward to measure the moment of inertia. Being not confined to the preconditions of none moment of friction and little initial angle, the method is capable of calculating the moment of inertia according to the data of the angletime relation acquired by an angle displacement sensor. Detailed error analysis is conducted, which reveals the relationship between the optimal sampling rate and the error of angle sensor, and the optimal sampling rate strategy is deduced. The method especially fits for measuring moment of inertia of largescale structure with good measuring technology and safety. 
