摘　　要：为调查了解目前全国中医住院医师规范化培训基地及基地带教教师情况,中华中医药学会医师规范化培训与考核分会通过网络发放问卷进行无记名调查的形式开展调研。共回收有效问卷54份。问卷结果分析表明目前中医住院医师规范化培训在全国推广较为成功,多数带教教师对规培大纲内容及文件基本了解,基地管理与后勤保障制度相对完善,结业考核形式较为满意。同时带教教师对规培大纲内容及考核内容提出了意见建议。Doctor Standardized Training and Assessment Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine carried out a survey on standardized training bases for TCM resident doctors and teachers in the bases by using online and anonymous questionnaires. There were totally 54 effective questionnaires called in. The results showed that standardized training for TCM resident doctors was popularized successfully in the whole country,most of teachers basically understood the content and document of standardized training outline,base management and logistics support system were relative completed,and completion examination forms are desirable. At the same time the teachers presented opinions and suggestions on content of standardized training outline and examination content.
