摘 要:目的:探究神经病学临床实习中互动式结合PBL教学法的实践效果。方法:选择2016年8月-2017年1月在某高校学习神经病学的医学生100例,按照班级不同分成观察组及对照组,每组各50人,对照组及观察组分别使用传统教学方法及互动式结合PBL教学法,分析对比两组学生学习效果。结果:观察组医学生在神经病学理论考试及技术考核平均成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医学生在实际动手能力,独立分析能力,交际沟通能力、解决问题能力、语言及文字表达能力、人文修养评分均相对对照组而言明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:神经病学临床实习中互动式结合PBL教学法的实践效果良好。Objective: To explore the practical effect of interactive combination of PBL teaching method in clinical practice of neurology. Methods: 100 medical students studying neurology in a certain college from August 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. The students were divided into observation group and control group according to different classes. 50 students were in each group,and the control group and the observation group used the traditional teaching method and interactive combination of PBL teaching method respectively. Analyze and compare learning effect of two groups of students. Results: The average score of neurological examination and technical examination in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The students in the observation group had better practical ability,independent analysis ability,communicative communication ability,problem solving ability,language and writing expression ability and humanistic scores significantly than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The practice of interactive teaching combined with PBL teaching method in neurological practice has good effect.
