摘　　要：职业院校旅游专业"双师型"队伍建设是建好旅游专业的关键,在旅游专业建设中起着决定性的作用。多年的实践表明,"双师型"教师队伍建设机制创新是"双师型"教师队伍建设重要的制度保障;通过制度建设保障专业带头人在专业建设中发挥核心作用,明确专业教师和兼职教师职责,调动教师参与专业建设的积极性,在社会服务中创新机制体制,建设一支有丰富内涵的"双师"型教学团队。'Double qualified'teacher team construction of tourism major in vocational colleges is the key to construct tourism major well,which plays a decisive role in the construction of tourism. Years of practice shows that the mechanism innovation of'double qualified'teacher team construction is the important system guarantee of'double qualified'teacher team construction.Through the core role of system construction security leaders in the construction of the major,clarify the responsibility of professional teachers and part-time teachers,arouse the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in major construction,innovate mechanism in the social service,and build a 'double qualified'teaching team with rich connotation.
