摘　　要：根据高职教育的培养目标,阐述了实践教学在高职人才培养模式中具有的重要作用,指出坚持实验教学与理论教学并重是高职教育的办学特色,实验内容、师资建设、设备配备与实验室管理等是组织实施实践教学的过程中应当重视的几个问题。According to the training target of higher professional education, this paper expounds the important function of practical education in the training model of high- level professional talents, and points out that laying equal stresses on both practical education and theoretical education is the characteristic of the operation of the higher professional college. And the experiment contents, qualified teachers, equipped facilities and experimental laboratory management are very important factors in the process of organizing and implementing the practical education.
