摘　　要：从实变元x的降价乘的线性表示式出发,给出一个以多项式为定义域,实数为值域的泛函的定义,由此泛函推出三个性质以及在组合论中的两个推论。In this paper, we begin with the linear representation of decreasing fatorials, then define a functional with polynomials as its domain and real numbers as its range. Finally we derive three properties and two corollaries on Combinatorial Theory.
