从考试制度现状论国家考试立法的迫切性

摘　　要：考试制度是国家基本制度之一,对促进必要的社会流动具有重要作用。但现行考试规范性文件落后于实践的矛盾突出,为净化考试环境,保障考试公平与公正,全国人民代表大会应尽快制定国家考试法,将国内各行各业制定的各种考试规章统一纳入国家考试法的轨道上。Exam system is one of the basic systems of a country,which is important to promote necessary social circulation. It is an obvious contradiction that the current standard documents are behind the exam practice. In order to improve the exam circumstances and guarantee the justice and fairness, the National People's Congress should legislate the exam system as soon as possible, and incorporate various exam systems of different walks of life into the national exam system.
