摘　　要：印刷型期刊、电子期刊、在线期刊是当前期刊的主要存在形式。在图书馆迈向现代化的今天,高校图书馆员和读者都要充分了解期刊当前的存在状态以及期刊所负载的全面信息,以各种手段对期刊资源进行深入、全面的开发和利用。Periodicals are one of the important literature resources for scientific research and learning, which exist primarily as printing periodicals, and electron and on-line periodicals. Nowadays when libraries are advancing to modernization, in colleges and universities, librarians and readers should all understand fully the present existing conditions of periodicals and their carrying information. Such people should also take all possible measures to explore and utilize deeply and fully the resources of periodicals.
