摘　　要：文章阐述了高校大学生就业指导的重要性,追溯了就业指导工作的历史发展,概述了美国高校大学生就业指导工作的开展情况,分析总结了其工作特点,同时指出工作中存在的不足以及对于我国研究和开展高校大学生指导工作具有的借鉴意义。The thesis elaborates the importance of employment direction for undergraduates in colleges and universities,traces back to its history,introduces implementation of the employment direction for under-grad uates in American colleges and universities,and analyzes its features and weakness,which can provide some reference for the employment direction for undergraduates in colleges and universities of China.
