摘 要:教学资源是电大远程开放教育的物质保证。如何最大限度地整合利用教学资源,实现其最大效益?本文结合作者多年的实践探索,介绍了其在综合利用、动态补充和创新开发、资源传输和使用服务三个方面的具体做法,给出了问题的答案。In recent years,more resources have been devoted to the development of radio and television universities.It is timely for us to consider how to integrate these resources effectively and maximize their efficiency.The author of this paper examines this question from three aspects.First,a unified design should be adopted for different types of teaching resources.Efficient utilization of resources ought to be realized in teaching processes and formative assessments.In face-to-face teaching sessions,IT learning resources are selected and mixed optimally so that learners can gradually learn how to use them in-dependently.The strengths of radio and television universities should be exploited to the fullest and their role has to be distinguished from that of conventional universities.Second,while utilizing the teaching resources at Central Radio and Television University and the various provincial radio and television universities,the existing resources should be constantly updated so as to improve the materials and to encourage innovation.The development of these resources should be modular in nature.The courses thus designed can then be credit-based,highly flexible and open to all students for use.This is particu - larly suitable to the needs of open and distance learning and might lead to a better integration of the teaching resources in radio and television universities.Lastly,students should be well informed of what teaching resources are available and how to use them.This can ensure that the resources are utilized efficiently.In this way,students can develop knowledge about the ex - isting learning resources and how to acquire them.Besides,they can also have a fuller understanding of the context and problems that may arise.
