摘　　要：高校体育教师是进行科研工作的主力军 ,良好动机的确立能激发他们参加科研活动的强烈欲望 ,增强科研实效。稳定的情绪、浓厚的兴趣、正确的动机以及良好的意志品质这些非智力因素 ,对于提高科研效果起着积极的促进作用。College sports teachers are the major forces of scientific researches of sports. Fine motivation can stimulate their desire in scientific researches and bring more efficient researches. Stable emotion,deep interest,correct motivation and good will-power can promote the scientific researches.
