摘　　要：护士工作满意度低水平状况将对护理工作产生消极影响 ,不容忽视 ,护士长作为最基层的护理管理者 ,应积极探索提高护士工作满意度的方法和策略 。It can not be ignored that the lower level situation of job satisfaction of nurses cause the negative impact on nursing service. As a basic nursing administrator the charge nurse must actively explore the methods and policy to enhance the job satisfaction of nurses. The good methods and attitude of charge nurse may play an important role in enhancing the job satisfaction of nurses effectively.
