摘　　要：本文就尖海龙复方制剂对小白鼠的抗运动性疲劳作用指标进行测试。该复方制剂的动物耐力实验中的负重游泳时间及生化指标中的血乳酸、肌糖原、肝糖原和尿素氮都得到了阳性结果。复方制剂的中、高剂量组均有显著抗疲劳作用 ,优于阳性对照人参的作用效果。因此 ,给予小鼠每 4 .0 g·kg- 1的尖海龙复方制剂可明显提高机体的抗疲劳作用 ,能显著促进运动能力的提高和疲劳的恢复。To study the anti fatigue efficacy of Syngnathus acus Compound preparation in mice. The results of the experiments showed that the compound preparation was able to prolong swimming time of the mice and able to resist the rise of LA content in the mice blood after swimming. The preparation was also able to increase glycogen in the mice muscle and liver after swimming. The anti fatigue efficacy of the compound preparation (4.0g·kg -1 ·d -1 ) was better than ginseng.
