山东打碗花属花粉形态的研究及其在分类上的意义

摘　　要：利用扫描电子显微镜对山东打碗花属 (CalystegiaR .Br.) 3种植物的花粉形态进行了观察研究 .结果显示该属花粉均为球形 ,表面均具散孔和小刺状雕纹 ,但萌发孔的数量和形态特征及外壁雕纹各种间不同 。This paper reports the morphologia characteristics under SEM of three Calystegia R.Br. in Shandong.The results show that the pollen grains of Calystegia are spheroid on the out type,and have panporate and spinulate on the surface.But the quantity and characteristic of pantoporate and the exine sculpture of each plant′s pollen are of obvious difference,which can provide some important information for systematic botany.
