摘　　要：随着计算机技术、网络技术、信息技术的快速发展,开发适应于现代工作的管理信息系统,是提高工作效率,节约人力资源的重要途径.就高校二级学院学生学籍管理系统的开发,阐述客户机/服务器结构与浏览器/服务器结构相结合的管理信息系统的构建和开发.With the high speed development of the computer technology, the network technology, and the information technology, developing the MIS(management of information system) accommodated to work is a main approach of improving the work efficiency and reducing the number of the employees. This thesis is about the development of the MIS of University College. From the requirement analysis to the global design and the detailed design, it will make a full and profound analysis of the C/S structure based on Delphi + SQL Server and the B/S structure based on ASP+SQL Server + IIS.
