摘　　要：《民办教育促进法》的名称和主要内容都表明它是名副其实的促进法,对照《社会力量办学条例》所作的若干修正。这部法律体现了从“管理”到“促进”的超越。Both the name and the main content of <Law of Promoting Civilian-run Edu cation>anifest the law being worthy of the name. In comparison with the corrections to <Rules for Social Force-run Schools>we may see that that the former law surpasses from 'management' to 'surpass'.
