Objective To study the roles of HLA-I,B7-1 and β 2m moleculars in gastric carcinoma's occurrence and development. Methods FCM were performed to analyse HLA-I,B7-1 and β 2m moleculars on gastric carcinoma cells and peripheral lymphocytes; radiation immunological method were perfomed to analyse β 2m in serum. Results ①The expression of HLA-I moleculars on gastric carcinoma cells decreased dramatically when compared with normals; ②The expression of B7-1 moleculars on gastric carcinoma cells was even weaker. ③β 2m was much higher in gastric carcinoma cells. Then the correlation of β2m and HLA-I on issue cells analyse. Conclusion There are negitive correlated(r=-0.470,P<0.05). ④On lympocytes, HLA-I was expressed plentifully, no statistic differences were found between gastric carcinoma patients and the normal; B7-1 was still weakly expressed on lympocytes, there was difference between gastric carcinoma patients and the normal. ⑤The quantity of β 2m in serum of gastric carcinoma patients was higher than the normal and was related to β 2m expression on peripherical lymphocytes.
