摘　　要：文章分析了高校扩招后大学生就业的趋势以及就大学生就业过程中可能出现的新问题,并就这些问题的解决和如何提高就业率提出了一些应对的措施。The article analyzes the trend of the graduate employment after the enlarging enrollment of higher education and the new problems that may arise in the process. Meanwhile it proposes some methods for the solution to these problems and the enhancement of the employment rate.
