摘　　要：　提出在相移干涉测量中用神经网络BP算法拟合相移器电压-位移曲线的方法.拟合数据通过相移剪切干涉仪和傅立叶变换得到,对实验数据进行网络训练以后,可以获得很好的输入-输出特性,平均相对误差由最小二乘法拟合的2.16%下降到现在的0.37%.A method with BP (Back-Propagation) algorithm to approach the V- D curve of phase shifter in the phase shifting interference measurement is presented in this paper. Using the phase shifter interferometer and FFT method the approached data can be collected. The best I/O characteristic can be obtained and the average relative error decreases from 2.16% to 0.37% after training the network with the test samples.
