摘　　要：素质教育是当前我国教育工作改革发展的重要内容。本文从分析外语教育是素质教育的重要内容入手,提出应充分认识和树立现代外语教学理念,并从发挥教与学的主体性等方面做好当前的大学外语教学,从而充分体现我国实施素质教育的要求。Quality education is one of the most important part in Chinese education reform. This article focus on how to perform quality education in foreign language teaching by analyzing the importance of quality education, the article puts forward that we should not only understand and set up the modern foreign language teaching but also develop the primary part of teaching and learning so as to meet the demand of putting quality education into effect in China.
