摘 要:讨论滑块式6自由度虚拟轴机床直线电机的推力补偿问题.在对给定位置信号响应的过程中,机床的6轴之间存在机械强耦合.这种耦合力难以用精确的数学模型描述.如何解决耦合问题成为提高虚拟轴机床性能需要解决的重要问题之一.采用一种新型神经网络对每个单轴伺服系统电机的耦合扰动力进行实时在线的补偿,使伺服电机在任何位置对于被加工工件均能施以合适的加工力矩,从而提高了机床的加工精度.仿真试验结果表明,该方案有效地克服了虚拟轴机床各杆间的耦合扰动,系统不但具有强的鲁棒性,而且提高了其它性能指标.Thrust control of 6-dof virtual axle machine tool is studied in this paper.In the process of responding to the referred position signal,for 6-dof virtual axle machine tool,there are strong mechanical couplings among its 6 axels.and are very difficult to be described in a definite mathematic model.There by de coupling issue is an important one to have better performance by the virtual axle machine tool.In this paper,real-time online compensation via a new kind of neutral network against the coupling error force on individual servo system has been studied.Effective simulations show that this methodology can manipulate the servo system to implement appropriate working torque upon the workpiece so that the upgraded system has better accuracy,strong robustness and other improved performance index.
