摘　　要：新技术的发展使得基于计算机的网络学习得到了广泛应用,人们在追求随时随地学习的同时,更加关注学习的质量和效率问题,更加注重人的价值的全面实现。该文在分析介绍了知识和知识管理的基础上,提出了从知识管理的角度构建个性化网络学习系统的方案,并详细论述了该系统的基本体系结构、运作过程及其实现的个性化学习服务功能。Web-based learning has been widely accepted and applied with the development of new technology which makes it possible to learn anytime and anywhere. At the same time, learning quality and efficiency are treasured by learners. This paper analyzes the concepts of knowledge and knowledge management, and describes a plan of a web-based personalized learning system supported by knowledge management. This paper focuses on introducing the systems framework, operation process and personalized services.
