扩招给高校带来的问题分析

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,各个层次、各级各类的人才需求对高等教育提出了新的要求,党的"十六大"报告也提出:要"造就数以亿计的高素质的劳动者,数以千万计的专门人才和一大批拔尖创新人才"。而我国过去的高等教育主要是"精英教育",难以适应新时期发展的要求,所以中央政府在1999年对高等教育进行了调整,实行高等教育的扩招政策。with development of society, the requirement of talents raises new demand. The 16th CCCPC report pointed out that we will make trillions of high quality talents, millions of specific and innovative talents. In 1999 central government adjusted enrollment policy to satisfy enlargement of enrollment.
