摘 要:Cr(Ⅵ)与溴邻苯三酚红(BPR)的反应极弱。本文详细研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)和溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)对Cr(Ⅵ)-BPR体系的协同作用。此体系的表观摩尔吸光系数ε'650nm为7.80×10~4(比不加β-CD时增加119%)。Cr(Ⅵ)浓度在0~6.0μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,其线性回归方程式为y=0.18C,相关系数r≈1.000。已应用于测定电镀水中的铬(Ⅵ),与用二苯羰酰肼法所得结果比较,颇为满意,但其灵敏度大于后者。The reaction of Cr(Ⅵ)with bromopyrogallol red is very weak.In this paper,the synergist-ic effects of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) on Cr(Ⅵ)- bromopyrogallol red system was studied. The e'eso of the new system is calculated to be 7.80×104 which is increased 119% compared with that in the absence of β-CD. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-6.0 μg/25ml for Cr (Ⅵ) and its linear regression equation is y=0.18 C+0, r=1.000. The proposed method has been applied to determine Cr (Ⅵ) in electroplating waste water with satisfactory results compared with those obtained by diphenylcarbazide method. But the new method is more sensitive.
