摘　　要：具体的教育传播活动离不开媒体的选用设计 ,有效的媒体选用设计必须紧扣目标学习者、媒体自身等几大要素。The concrete education transmission activities rely on effective choos ing and designing of media, which must relate closely the target learners, media itself and other factors. This article illustrates comprehensively the principl e and methods of the choosing and designing of media.
