开展全程就业教育 主动应对大学生“就业难”

摘　　要：大学生求职择业的自主性、高校就业手续办理的后延性、人才质量检验的社会性,都呼唤高校改变原有的就业指导模式。高校应通过整合两课教育、团、学部门、校友会等资源,构建专兼结合、内外互通、学分共享的全程就业教育系统,培养大学生个性成才,使其靠综合实力就业,靠专业就业,靠专长就业,靠心态就业,靠吃苦耐劳的精神就业,以弥补"人才培养流水线"的不足,积极应对当前大学生就业难问题。University students' autonomous choice of jobs, deferred school procedures and socialized test of talent quality--all calls for a change in the existing mode of employment guidance. The integration of all resources like Two-courses' education, Communist Youth League, student affairs department and alumni, and a whole-course employment educational system with shared credits can help students to seek jobs with their own abilities, specialties and hard work.
