摘  要:通过对马铃薯不同品种、自交实生薯家系、杂交实生薯家系等3类育种材料的微型薯在3种不同条件下休眠特性的分析,总结了3类育种材料的休眠特性及进行休眠调控的方法。在不同条件下,3类育种材料的休眠幅度(休眠幅度指同一群体从第一个块茎通过休眠至所有块茎全部通过休眠的时间)达极显著。赤霉素处理能使3类育种材料的休眠期较室温下缩短25 0%~62 5%,休眠幅度缩短34 7%~71 4%,但芽长得又细又长;变温处理能有效缩短休眠期较长的品种和家系的休眠时间,对缩短休眠期短的品种和家系的休眠时间效果不明显,但能使3类育种材料的休眠幅度较室温下缩短28 6%~50 0%,使芽长得较粗壮。赤霉素处理和变温处理均不能改变3种类型试验材料之间休眠幅度的差异。The dormancy characteristics of three types of mini-tuber stuffs including varieties,hybridized families and self-pollinated families were analyzed in three different techniques of sprout-promotion.The result revealed that two types of families took more sprouting-time(the duration from one sprouting to all)than varieties in three treatments.The differences of the sprouting time of the three type materials were significant in all treatments.Gibberellins treatment can decrease the dormancy-time by 25.0%-62.5% and the sprouting-time by 34.7%-71.4%than that in room temperature for three types of mini-tuber stuffs,but the buds grew thinner and longer.Changed temperature treatment was not effective to decrease the dormancy time of short dormant materials,but can shorten the dormancy-time of the long ones and decrease the sprouting-time by 28.6%-50.0% for three types of mini-tuber stuffs,and the buds grew thicker and shorter.
