摘  要:目的 :观察发作性运动诱发性运动障碍 (PKMD)的脑电图改变。方法 :详细观察PKMD4 1例的临床特征 ,全部进行了常规脑电记录 ,2 1例进行Holter脑电长时间监测 ,在脑电图监测下 8例作运动诱发试验。结果 :11例有自发样放电 ,1例美解眠诱发阳性。 5例临床发作时 2例有癫样放电 ,8例运动诱发试验皆阴性。用具有Na+ 通道阻断作用的多种抗药治疗均有效。结论 :PKMD部分患者在发作期和发作间期有样放电 ,具有癫的某些性质 ,与癫可能有共同的生物学基础。Objective:To observe the electroencephalogram (EEG) characteristics in patients with paroxysmal kinesigenic movement disorder(PKMD).Methods:The clinical traits were studied in 41 PKMD patients,and routine EEG was recorded in all of them.Twenty one of the 41 patients underwent ambulant EEG recording and limb movement evoked activation was done in 8 patients during EEG monitoring.Results:EEG recording showed spontaneous epileptiform discharges in 11 patients.One patients showed epileptiform discharges evoked by megimide.Epileptiform discharges were recorded in two of the five patients during the clinical attacks.EEG recording in 8 patients was normal during sudden movement activation.Most patients responded well to antiepileptic drugs.Conclusion:Some PKMD patients might have ictal or interictal epileptiform discharges.Hence PKMD might have some epileptic properties and share the biological basis with epilepsy.
