摘　　要：由于知识管理对于企业核心能力的提升具有重大意义,故支持企业进行知识管理的技术和工具也越来越受到重视。在论述了知识管理对于企业的发展重要性后,探讨了知识管理的主要内容和过程。讨论了企业知识管理的四类实现技术和工具、研究的难点和工具软件的发展等问题。Owing to the interests of knowledge management in lifting the competitive capacity of enterprises, the development of knowledge management technologies and tools are more and more enphasized today. This paper discusses, in the first place, the importance of knowledge management in enterprises. Then, the four kinds of corresponding technologies and tools, as well as some key technical points and current development situation are presented and studied in more detail on the basis of having analyzed the main contents of knowledge management in enterprises. So, this paper may have certain meanings for the research work on knowledge management, the development of relevant technologies and tools.
