摘　　要：随着高校改革进程的不断加快,单一的实验室合并成综合性实验室已成为高校实验教学改革的一项重要内容。合并后的综合性实验室层次多、关系复杂,管理难度大。该文通过重视"以人为本"的原则,强化了实验室管理中的思想道德教育,探索出了一套高校实验室整体管理的新理念。With the development of university reform, the mergence of the labs owned and used only by a special department into a general laboratory has become one of the contents of reform in university laboratory teaching. Though the general laboratory covers many functions of different laboratories, possesses complex relationships and is hard to manage, we have set up a set of new ideas for the general management by means of putting emphasis on the principle: being based on the human and strengthening both mental and moral education of the staff.
