摘　　要：本文给出绝对稳定性的一个充要性准则.叙述了它对四阶系统的具体应用.In this paper, a necessary and sufficient condition for absolute stability of a class of control systems is obtained by means of hyperellipsoid method. And its applications to systems of 4-th order are given.
